Your data finally speaks.
Your decisions follow.

AID means help.

I help laboratories and science- and engineering-driven SMEs turn their data and their processes into measurable results, through data analytics and applied AI — delivered as working solutions, not reports.

What sets me apart

A scientist who codes, not an IT consultant visiting your lab

Most data projects fail for the same reason: the person building the solution doesn't understand the work of the person who has to use it. They ship a technically flawless dashboard that nobody opens.

I spent fifteen years in a regulated bioanalytical laboratory before spending seven years building data warehouses and Power BI reports for a large insurer. I've sat on both sides of the table, and I speak both languages.

Three skill sets, one person

  • Working scientist — 15 years in bioanalysis, in FDA, GLP and ISO regulated environments.
  • Data and BI specialist — Power BI (DAX, M), advanced SQL, Python, data quality and governance.
  • Automation and applied AI — n8n, large language models, automations shipped with their quantified savings.

The path

Four nested tiers. You decide how far to go.

Each tier fully includes the work of the tiers before it. You never pay twice for the same analysis, and you can stop at the end of any step.

1

Explore

The assessment: process mapping, data inventory, the 3 to 5 highest-potential AI and automation opportunities, and a prioritised roadmap.

2

Analyse

The deep dive: Lean process analysis, opportunities costed out, a business case, plus statistical and predictive analysis.

3

Measure

Visibility: automated dashboards, data cleanup and hardening, indicators for both management and operations.

4

Automate

Time back: document processing, assisted drafting of procedures and reports, administrative workflows, AI agents — each with its quantified saving.

The commitment

The assessment is free if we keep going together

The one-hour consultation is free — like everywhere else. This part is less common: if you continue past Explore, the assessment is credited back to you in full. You only pay for it if you decide to stop there, and you still walk away with your roadmap.

In other words: starting costs you nothing, and I have no incentive to sell you a diagnosis that leads nowhere.

Who this is for

  • Analytical laboratories, CROs and pharmaceutical companies
  • Science-, engineering- and manufacturing-driven SMEs
  • Organisations in regulated environments — FDA, GLP, ISO
  • Teams buried under repetitive data and document work
How I work

Working solutions, not hundred-page PDF reports

I ship what works

A dashboard that refreshes itself, an automation that runs, a query that returns the right number. The report documents the solution; it doesn't replace it.

I quantify the gain

Every automation ships with the hours it saves you per year. A structured post-mortem then compares the real saving against the expected one.

I make your teams self-sufficient

Basic training is included in the Measure and Automate tiers. A solution you can't evolve without me isn't a good solution.

The first hour is free. So is the assessment, if we keep going together.

One hour by video call, no strings attached, to understand your context and check whether I'm the right person for you. If I'm not, I'll tell you.
