AID is a young company. The work below was delivered under consulting engagements and in-house roles, before AID was founded. Same methods, same tools, same kind of results — but I'm not going to present them as AID client engagements, because they aren't. AID client case studies will be published here as they come, with the real gains measured at the post-mortem.
Processing and formatting clinical sample results tied up full-time analysts in repetitive file handling. The whole chain was rebuilt: acquisition, calculations, consistency checks and production of the final data sets.

Writing and revising SOPs consumed thousands of hours per year, with a constant risk of inconsistency between versions. Assisted production and a secure document repository were put in place, aligned with regulatory requirements.

Proving the accuracy and robustness of an analytical method requires a long, heavily quantified and tightly governed validation report. Data capture, indicator calculations and report writing were automated — from functional design through to post-implementation support.
Report production throughput doubled
Seven years building automated Power BI and Excel reporting for pricing, new business, partnerships and claims: modelling, SQL aggregation queries, data warehouse quality control, requirements gathering and presentation to internal clients.
Data-related question emails cut by roughly 90% through a structured information disclosure procedure
Design and rollout of key performance indicator portals and a clinical visual management system, backed by Lean workshops within and across departments. SCRUM was adapted to the continuous improvement context.
Operational decisions made on current numbers rather than impressions
A work plan for implementing a LIMS and an ELN at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, alongside process optimisation. Elsewhere: automated time-and-attendance management under collective agreements, and online decision support.
