The path
Nested structure: each tier includes the work of the tiers before it. The ranges reflect the size of the organisation and the number of processes in scope. The exact amount is confirmed in writing after the free consultation — never after the fact.

Typical cumulative path: $8,500 – $25,000 through Measure, $13,500 – $40,000 for the full path, depending on the number of processes in scope. Large-scale and bespoke engagements are quoted separately.

The assessment is billed only if you stop after that tier. If you move on to Analyse, Measure or Automate, it is credited back to you in full.
25% deposit
On projects over $10,000, payable on signature.
Invoicing cadence
Small projects: at the start and middle of each month. Large projects: at month end, balance after deposit. Evolve subscriptions: at the start of the month.
Payment terms
Net 30 days from the invoice date.
Outside the packages
Requests outside the path and one-on-one coaching are billed at the current hourly rate, communicated in the quote.
The first hour is free. So is the assessment, if we keep going together.
